The fresh homemade cookies and pastries available every evening added a special touch. The parking was somewhat limited, and the décor might not appeal to those seeking a more upscale experience. This charming spot offers a homey vibe and hospitable service that keeps families returning.

We really appreciated the hotel's closeness to the LeConte Center, just a short stroll away, and the delicious smell of Bennet's BBQ right next door. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine, magnificent location to outlets, the staff were knowledgeable. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants, Pigeon Forge, food. I had some drinks at Bennett's Pit Bar-b-Que, positioned 400 feet away.

Room was spacious and clean with comfy beds and we loved how the staff treated us like family bringing us goodies like cookies and donuts all day long and the barbecue place next door was smoking hot you won't want to leave.

Comfortable room, clean room, with a refrigerator and microwave for easy snacks and meals, and I enjoyed the tasty doughnuts available in the morning and friendly service from the staff who were always ready to assist.

I stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Smoking, and it was super comfy! The beds were soft but still had support. Plus, the room was super clean and had a nice smell. The shower felt amazing, like a waterfall. The noise level? Not a problem at all, I slept great. They even had a mini fridge and microwave. Just a solid experience.

The charming decor and comfy quilts added a good touch. A note, the bathroom felt a bit tight for our needs. The staff's warmth and the free Krispy Kreme donuts were good.
